Our company also have 0.6mm 0.8mm and 1mm thickness materials, if you prefer to make the garments more thicker please contact us after you place the order.(it needs extra fee)
-Shipping Information
We send goods around the world almost every day and have an unbeatable record of successful despatch. Delivery times are provided in good faith and based on the target times supplied by the shippers.
Usually the product can be delivered within 16 days in most of country after it is shipped.
--Delivery Times
We produce items after receiving payments. Production time is 2-3 weeks. Parcel travel times are according to following table. Delivery time is calculated from the day payment reached the bank institute when pre-payment is arranged. Is the last day of delivery time a Saturday, Sunday or other local public holiday so the delivery time extends to the next working day.

We accept PayPal payments, don't worry if you don't have an account, you can pay using the PayPal website without signing up.
As everything is handmade from scratch especially for you, we wont start making your item untill the paypal payment has cleared.
If you wish to cancel an order please do this within 3 working days.
-Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges, returns and cancellations.

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 14 days of purchase
f returned items for repair have been received with silicone base products still present, we will send the garment back for thorough cleaning and on some cases will charge postage.
We only accept returns under the following circumstances;
Item is damaged when received
Received wrong colour
Received wrong garment
Received wrong size
As we don't personally measure you we cannot accept returns for made to measure items.
All returns or exchanges need to be agreed within 14 days of delivery.
